CONSTRUCTION OF 250 HOUSING UNITS

In 2011, FAM real estate was contracted by the Nigerian Air Force to construct 250 2-bed and 3-bed housing units in Sokoto, Nigeria. This included the estate planning, design, and construction.

This was a groundbreaking initiative by the government to meet the housing needs for not only the Airforce personnel (retired and in-service) but also for ordinary civilians, meeting pre-defined selection criteria.

FAM real estate was contracted by the Nigerian Airforce to construct and install more than 10 boreholes and more than 200 water tanks for the communities in Sokoto in an effort to ensure easy access to water.

MOMAR successfully rehabilitated and upgraded the Nigerian Airforce (NAF) Base Fuel Depot in Kaduna, Nigeria to a modernized storage facility for Jet A1 which was completed in 2015 and is currently managing the facility on behalf of the Nigerian Airforce.

The NAF fuel depot consists of 8 fuel tanks with a capacity of 58,000 litres each. The depot is connected to the tarmac allowing for easy access for bowsers to refuel the Airforce’s Aircrafts.
